Inforev Limited, Bangladesh is a Pvt. Limited company with Equity Participation from the Central Bank of Bangladesh thereby Government of Peoples' Republic of Bangladesh also is a shareholder in the company. Other than Bangladesh Bank there are promoter shareholders in the company as well.

Established in 1999 and became Private Limited Company in 2002. Erected by few young and enthusiastic Entrepreneur as a classical software solution provider company and eventually (early 2003) diversified into Telecom VAS Platform/ Application/ Content Aggregation for the obvious essence of Telecom convergence.
